Since I remember I had one principle that guided my actions.

I wanted to have an impact on the world around me.

For a long time, I was trying to find my path, not knowing what career I wanted to pursue. I loved photography, and I earned my very first money through it. I built a small media project, interviewing the most interesting people I had access to. I worked as a copywriter, business analyst and spent some time travelling to distant places. But the most important thing I did, was co-founding an IT hiring agency.

We scaled the company abruptly, reaching $150.000 MRR in just one year. I met amazing people and every month I felt like we were achieving the impossible over and over again. This project showed me that entrepreneurship is the best path if one wants to have an impact and provide value to others.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t my vehicle to true wealth and changing the world.

I made mistakes.

During an attempt to aggressively scale the company further, problems arose and we were forced to shut down the operations. I learned the slightest exception in enforcing company and personal values might have catastrophic consequences. I started to obsess over quality. Firstly, I raised standards for myself – my decisions, everyday actions, relations with others, etc. 

I haven’t suspected how much this can change the game. 

It helps with:

• being truly authentic
• being more productive
• building strong, meaningful relations
• enjoying life
• reaching goals others consider simply impossible

It became my superpower.

After some time, I realized I love working with people, who also believe in applying quality to their every action. I decided, that all I want to do is help them succeed – those are the people who are capable of building great things, who move society forward. This is how Convops was born. We help brands that embrace quality to provide their clients world’s best customer experience and sell more by increasing their conversion rates.

As I have a deep need to dive into the creative process, I also wanted to build a company, that delivers goods I’d love to buy myself. This is why I started my private atelier – farnaus.co. There, working with world-class artisans I manufacture beautiful leather accessories. These products are made in centuries-old, traditional process. All are hand-sewn, from the best Italian, French, and Polish hides. As a sign of quality, all these products are protected by a 50-year warranty, that ensures whatever you buy, will last for a lifetime. 

My last project is what you see here – my personal media. I write a blog, I’m active on youtube, X (twitter) and instagram. Here I share my journey and learnings and promote quality-based approach, that I truly believe in.
